Halloween Tulle Monster

Medium: tulle, accessory materials for eyes, socks, el. light garland to illuminate them, mixed technique Date: Wednesday October 26th from 4 to 6 pm in Cost: $40.00 per person – includes materials age from 12 years minimum Instructor: Ruth Langwieser In this two-hour activity, you will spook up your home for Halloween creating a one of a kind tulle monster with your personal note. You will begin by assembling a circular shaped base using tulle in your favoured colour. Then, let your imagination run wild as you transform it into a friendly or spooky grimace by adding details such as eyes, sharp teeth etc. POLICIES: Refund: If you are unable to attend class for any reason, please notify the Arts Council via text at 306-634-3942. Our current office hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30- 2:30 so response may not be immediate. 48 hrs. notice prior to class is required for a refund – our artists must prep to bring you these wonderful classes! There will be no refunds issued for less than 48 hrs. notice. Cancellation: If a class is cancelled due to insufficient registration, instructor illness, weather, etc., we will schedule a make-up class, offer another class, or refund fees if preferred. HEADS UP! Students are asked to dress in casual, comfortable clothing. Art making is often a messy process! The Estevan Arts Council and its instructors love to promote art! Therefore, we reserve the right to use photographs and videos that are taken during classes for the purpose of social media and print advertising. If this is an issue, you must notify the instructor at the class.
