Spooky Charming Soft Sculpture Cat

Medium: fabric, buttons sewing Date: October 27th 4-6pm Cost: $40.00 per person – includes materials age from 12 years minimum Instructor: Ruth Langwieser In this two hour activity, you will create a black soft sculpture cat. Starting with the front half of the pattern, you will embroider its piercing eyes, ears, and other imaginative details to give it a unique personality. Once the details are complete, you will sew the two halves together and fill your cat with soft stuffing that gives it a three dimensional shape. The result will perfectly blend in with your Halloween decorated home and/or serve as whimsical year-round companion. POLICIES: Refund: If you are unable to attend class for any reason, please notify the Arts Council via text at 306-634-3942. Our current office hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30- 2:30 so response may not be immediate. 48 hrs. notice prior to class is required for a refund – our artists must prep to bring you these wonderful classes! There will be no refunds issued for less than 48 hrs. notice. Cancellation: If a class is cancelled due to insufficient registration, instructor illness, weather, etc., we will schedule a make-up class, offer another class, or refund fees if preferred. HEADS UP! Students are asked to dress in casual, comfortable clothing. Art making is often a messy process! The Estevan Arts Council and its instructors love to promote art! Therefore, we reserve the right to use photographs and videos that are taken during classes for the purpose of social media and print advertising. If this is an issue, you must notify the instructor at the class.
