(This item takes 3 weeks to dry) \nTwo Part Class   \n6:00 to 9:00 PM for both dates. 8 spots available \nCost: $90.00 – includes materials and firing for one item. \nThis beginner friendly class will guide you step by step as you create your own one-of-a-kind hand-built pottery casserole dish. Decorate and personalize your piece to make it uniquely yours. \nPOLICIES: \nRefund: If you are unable to attend class for any reason\, please notify the Arts Council via text at 306-634-3942. Our current office hours are Monday\, Wednesday\, and Friday from 9:30- 2:30 so response may not be immediate. \n48 hrs. notice prior to class is required for a refund – our artists must prep to bring you these wonderful classes! There will be no refunds issued for less than 48 hrs. notice. \nCancellation: If a class is cancelled due to insufficient registration\, instructor illness\, weather\, etc.\, we will schedule a make-up class\, offer another class\, or refund fees if preferred. \nHEADS UP! Students are asked to dress in casual\, comfortable clothing. Art making is often a messy process! \nThe Estevan Arts Council and its instructors love to promote art! Therefore\, we reserve the right to use photographs and videos that are taken during classes for the purpose of social media and print advertising. DESCRIPTION:Thursday\, August 27\, 2026 from 4:30 to 6pm shaping\, instructor will do the glazing \n8 years to adult \nCost: $40.00 for one person or $70.00 for a child & parent group \nIncludes materials for one item per person \n10 spots available \nYou will explore the basic techniques of hand-building with clay. Starting with a single chunk of clay\, you will shape it into the basic body. Step by step you will form and securely attach the wings\, legs\, tail and eyes.
